The queen room with two queen beds was super comfy with soft feather pillows and free toiletries. It had a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and a nice seating area. The indoor swimming pool was warm and perfect for a dip anytime. Loved the hot tub and fitness center for relaxation after exploring.

I stayed for one night while visiting some nearby attractions in Asheville. The hotel’s location was fantastic, right in the heart of a shopping and dining area, making it easy to explore. I particularly enjoyed the welcoming attitude of the staff, especially Dana at the front desk, who went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. The restaurant had a great selection of food, and the ability to order room service via my phone was a nice touch.

Spent 2 nights in a cozy room. loved the friendly staff! Breakfast was yummy and the location was super convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. The room itself was clean, but the AC was tricky. it was either hot or cold. Still, I'll probably come back for sure!

The location of Hilton Biltmore Park is fantastic. Easy access to nearby shopping and dining options made it super convenient. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds that provided a decent night's sleep. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and professional, especially Dana, who went above and beyond in assisting me. However, I faced some frustration with the airport shuttle schedule. I needed transportation earlier than 7 AM, and this affected my travel plans. Also, the promised 'free shuttle' was a major reason for choosing this hotel, but it wasn't as reliable as anticipated.
